D.TO with CSI Boston Chapter: From Static Specs to Living Requirements
D.TO with CSI Boston

D.TO is excited to join CSI Boston Chapter next Wednesday for a session on a challenge nearly every project team recognizes. Requirements don’t stay still, but our workflows often act as if they do.

From Static Specs to Living Requirements:

Specification Requirements Inside the Design Canvas

When spec requirements live outside the daily design/documentation rhythm, small inconsistencies quietly stack up until they become late-phase scrambles, RFIs, and rework. This session reframes specifications as living requirements: product decisions, performance targets, and verification evidence that stay connected to design intent as it evolves.

D.TO will share a practical, future-facing model for keeping the minimum “anchors” synchronized, so updates propagate with the design, and coordination happens where it matters most: assemblies and interfaces, not just product pages.

Audience: CSI members, architects, spec writers, BIM managers, and innovation/technology leaders

📍 When: March 11, 2026 | 4:30–7:00 PM
📌 Where: University of Massachusetts Club, One Beacon Street (32nd Floor), Boston, MA
